Insurance Objects:        

The property interests of the Insurer refering to his obligations, established by the Russian legislation, to pay damages to the third party for the harm caused, in connection with the Insurer rendering of services as an accountant or a lawyer.

Insurable risk of fiscal and occupational hazard:

• wrong interpretation of the legislation;
• omission of the time limit or of the term of cassations;
• mistakes at processing or preparation of documents;
• non-notification of the client on the consequences of acomplished legal acts;
• inadvertent disclosure of information which became known in the process of professional activity including abdication or dismissal;
• other risks connected with pecularities of your case;
• false attest function of reliability of financial (accounting) statements. Non-identifing of material misstatement in financial (accounting) statements;
• mistakes in the process of capitalisation, rearrangement and accounting records maintenance;
• mistakes while compiling tax return and other financial statements documents;
• mistakes when rendering consulting services on tax, financial, banking and other economy legislation of the Russian Federation;
• other mistakes (by agreement of the parties), including those result in violation of the compulsory audit contract by the Insurer;
• unintentional loss or damage of accounting reports, tax statements and other documents received by the Insurer from the third parties in the course of professional activity;

We guarantee non-public character of co-operating with the Clients and we bear responsibility for the results subject to the current legislation and terms of the contract.
